Terms & Conditions

This Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from Body Story Yoga, operated by Bodystory Lifestyle LLC (“Body Story,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

​

We provide online and in-person yoga classes, yoga therapy and wellness sessions, digital products, digital wellness programs, and physical products.

​

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights that you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, or other rights that apply in addition to this policy.

Digital Products
​

Digital products include downloadable journals, guides, workbooks, videos, audio content, templates, and other digital materials.

All digital-product sales are final once the digital content has been supplied or access has begun.

Where required by applicable law, before receiving immediate access to a digital product, you will be asked to:

  • expressly request immediate delivery or access before the end of any applicable cancellation period; and

  • acknowledge that, once supply or access begins, you lose any applicable right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase.

If we are required by law to obtain your express consent and acknowledgment before providing immediate access and have not done so, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

This policy does not affect your legal rights if a digital product is not supplied, is faulty, or is materially different from its description.

Classes, Sessions & Digital Services
​

Classes, sessions, appointments, memberships, programs, and other services booked through Body Story may include:

  • Online yoga classes

  • In-person yoga classes

  • Yoga therapy sessions

  • Private wellness sessions

  • Digital wellness programs

  • Personalized programs

  • Online Studio services

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, fees for completed classes, sessions, appointments, or services are non-refundable.

If you request that a service begin during an applicable statutory cancellation period, you may be required to pay for the part of the service already provided before cancellation, where permitted by law.

If you are entitled to cancel under applicable law, any refund or charge will be calculated in accordance with that law.

This policy does not affect your legal rights if we cancel a booked service, fail to provide it as agreed, or provide a service that is materially different from its description.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
​

For private appointments, including yoga therapy and wellness sessions:

  • You may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment, missed appointments, and no-shows are not eligible for a discretionary refund or rescheduling, except where required by applicable law or where we agree otherwise at our discretion.

  • Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

We may ask for reasonable supporting information where a last-minute cancellation results from an emergency or exceptional circumstance. Any exception is made at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation to grant the same exception in future cases.

 
Physical Products
​

Physical products, including apparel and other merchandise, may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original labels attached

  • Returned in their original packaging, where applicable

This 30-day return option is a commercial policy offered in addition to, and not instead of, any statutory rights that may apply to you.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Where the issue is our responsibility, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and, where appropriate, cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items
​

Except where required by applicable law, the following are not eligible for discretionary returns or refunds:

  • Digital products after supply or access has begun

  • Completed classes, sessions, appointments, programs, or services

  • Services missed without the required notice

  • Used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or non-resalable physical products

  • Physical products returned without original labels or packaging, where required for resale

  • Items marked as final sale, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise
