Private Yoga

​A one-on-one 60-minute session tailored just for you. These sessions follow a traditional yoga format but are personalized to meet your needs and pace. We’ll schedule our sessions at times that work best for you.
You can either commit to a 5-session package or pay per 60-minute class.

How is this different from Yoga Therapy?

 

​Yoga Therapy begins with a specific concern or discomfort, and always starts with a thorough intake session. In a private yoga class, the focus is on your movement practice in the moment — it may be active, restorative, or a blend of both. We don’t dive into your history unless you choose to share. I’ll always guide you with care and safety, but unlike Yoga Therapy, these sessions don’t aim to address specific medical or emotional conditions.

與瑜伽療癒有何不同?

瑜伽療癒是從某個具體的不適或問題出發,並會進行完整的初談與評估。而私人瑜伽課則專注在當下的練習——無論是動態的、靜態的,或兩者混合,重點是依照你的狀態進行。我不會主動深入了解你的健康歷史,除非你願意分享。
課程中我依然會以安全為原則帶領,但與瑜伽療癒不同,這些課程不特別針對特定的醫療或情緒問題進行處理。
