1. Overview

Body Story Online Studio is a digital wellness service operated under Bodystory Lifestyle LLC, offering online yoga classes, yoga therapy, wellness sessions, and digital products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on physical and digital products and services.

 

2. Physical Products

We accept returns for physical merchandise (such as apparel) under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

 

3. Digital Services and Classes (Non-Refundable)

All sales for the following are final and non-refundable:

• Online or in-person yoga classes

• Yoga therapy sessions

• Digital wellness services (e.g., videos, downloads, personalized programs)

• All services booked through Body Story Online Studio

4. Cancellations

To reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations.
