Only in that kind of space can the healing process truly begin to flow. During this session, we will: • Conduct a physical and breath assessment • Explore your health history and lifestyle in depth This allows me to design a yoga therapy plan that is safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs. This session is the beginning of a mutual understanding and a foundation of trust. Together, we’ll discover the pace and support that best meet you where you are right now.
